Tatiana Xenelis

Tatiana has a unique background that brought her to real estate. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Tatiana was a social worker in Santa Cruz , CA and in Boston MA, where she obtained her MSW and MBA from Boston College. Her experience in social services and business helps her represent a range of clients from Sellers, First-time home Buyers, Buyers moving up and Investors.

Her approach with clients is to provide a customized road map to successfully guide them to reach their goals. Her experience with the Housing Authority of Portland and navigating the City of Portland ADU (accessory dwelling unit) permitting process gives her the tools to guide clients to homes and neighborhoods that best fit their needs. 

Tatiana’s knowledge of energy efficiency techniques for older homes, experience remodeling several properties and connections with contractors helps her advise and guide her clients when they are buying or selling. She is an old house expert helping clients understand the pros and cons of buying older homes. She is licensed in WA and OR and is a Portland Monthly Five Star Realtor from 2014 – 2025.

When not selling real estate, Tatiana practices yoga regularly at her local Vancouver studio, attends live music shows, loves gardening and has volunteered with her neighborhood association participating in the Friends of Tree yearly plantings. She has supported non profits such as Proud Ground (community land trust) in Portland,  and the Children’s Center in Vancouver.
