T om Dechenne has more than 40 years in the commercial and industrial real estate business and has been involved in brokerage, real estate finance and development. For the past several years, he has specialized as a broker in the marketing of industrial projects, commercial properties, vacant land parcels, as well as the sale of various investment properties. In addition, he’s represented buyers and tenants seeking commercial properties.
Business and educational background
Prior to joining KJK Properties, Tom was a broker with Colliers International for 5 years, and prior to that, with NAI Norris, Beggs and Simpson for over 35 years. He also worked at CENEX, a regional farm supply cooperative. His responsibilities included the analysis and overseeing primary lending of approximately 125 agriculture cooperatives. Shortly thereafter, he spent 2 years helping manage the family farm in Eastern Washington. He graduated from Washington State University with a BS degree in Agricultural Economics.
