KJK Properties, P.C. was founded with Kathryn’s real world Landlord experience as the guiding force. Her first rental was purchased in 1997 with many to follow soon after. Not knowing how to be a landlord, she found a qualified mentor to teach her. Being educated and from a college family, learning has been Kathryn’s focus for all these decades, and she soon became the mentor of others. Attendance at hundreds of hours of continuing education, sponsoring Landlord Study Hall to teach other landlords, serving on boards for Portland Metro Association of Realtors and Oregon Association of Realtors, along with over two decades of full time experience has given Kathryn the acumen to be considered one of the leaders in the Property Management world in Portland Metro. It’s this education that sets the stage for day to day policies and procedures in the KJK world.
